We defined the marketplace model, mapped the journeys and exceptions, converted six freight processes into product modules, and sequenced the integrations and delivery roadmap.
Critical user journeys
Designed for daily use
High-fidelity designs covered the journeys used every day: a FASTag home with balance, recent tolls and quick actions; a wallet with transaction history and auto top-up; and a fleet dashboard with real-time vehicle status and aggregated toll and trip metrics.
