Why now

AI makes custom software possible for every enterprise.

Historically

Custom systems required large budgets, long programmes and permanent engineering teams.

Now

AI compresses discovery, engineering, testing and iteration. Mid-market enterprises can own software shaped around their workflows.

Same four stages · two timelines

Discovery, engineering, testing and iteration: historically a long programme, now compressed by AI into a fraction of the time.Illustrative, not to scale

The next generation of enterprise software can fit the business at the cost and speed of packaged software.

Applying computer vision to marketplace order fulfilment for Flipkart at scale.

The problem

Packing errors and fraud affected 2–6% of volume.

Evidence sat across fragmented seller and warehouse operations, making disputes slow and reputationally costly.

The system

Video capture began at the moment of packing.

A searchable 60-day archive gave internal teams and sellers a shared record for investigation and resolution.

Where we help

Where Continuum can help

A useful fit when the problem is clear enough to matter, but too specific for packaged software.

How we work
  1. 01

    Hard operational problems

Workflows with unusual rules, fragmented data or high exception rates.

  2. 02

    Productization gaps

Concepts that need a coherent product, usable interface and delivery sequence.

  3. 03

    Pilot to production

Promising demonstrations that still need integration, controls and operating ownership.

  4. 04

    Focused build capacity

A senior team that can work alongside you without the client creating a new product group.

Origin

Built from enterprise delivery.

Continuum was formed to bring together years of custom software delivery experience with an AI-native way of building.

  1. 2016

    Enterprise foundations

The team behind SynergyLabs began building custom software and AI systems for large enterprises.

  2. 2017–25

    Systems in production

Work expanded across commerce, banking, logistics, manufacturing and secure operational environments.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does Continuum Core do?

Continuum Core builds custom enterprise software and AI systems. We combine discovery, product design and engineering with an AI-native way of building, so difficult workflows become software people can use, at the cost and speed of packaged software.

Who is Continuum a good fit for?

Companies whose problem is clear enough to matter but too specific for packaged software: workflows with unusual rules, fragmented data or high exception rates; concepts that need a coherent product; and promising pilots that still need integration, controls and operating ownership.

Can you take an existing AI pilot into production?

Yes. Pilot to production is one of the four places we help most: taking promising demonstrations and adding the integration, controls and operating ownership they need to run every day.

Which industries have you worked in?

E-commerce, logistics and freight, manufacturing, apparel, financial services, maritime and infrastructure engineering. Systems have been delivered for Flipkart, Continental, Mober / IKEA, CJ Darcl and Triburg, among others.

Do we need to build our own product team first?

No. We provide focused build capacity: a senior team that works alongside you, without you having to create a new product group.

Can AI run where data can’t leave the building?

Yes. We have built local AI for sovereign use cases, including a maritime assistant that indexes more than 10,000 documents locally and answers operational questions in under two seconds without an internet connection.

Where are you based, and can we see a demo?

Continuum Core is based in Gurugram, India. Demos of our products and systems can be shown on request.
