He founded SynergyLabs in 2017, an enterprise AI company with live systems across e-commerce, marine operations and financial services. The same year he founded Jazari, North India's dedicated AI institute, to build applied AI talent in the region.

He is also Managing Partner of The Shivalika Rugs, a 45-year-old B2B home textile export house supplying leading retailers in 22 countries, which gives him operator-level fluency in manufacturing, sourcing and global retail supply chains. His focus is converting AI pilots into measurable P&L outcomes.

Pratul leads client strategy and applied AI engagements at Continuum, working with enterprises to identify, design and deploy AI solutions across complex business processes.

He brings experience across AI, data analytics, digital transformation and technology consulting, having worked on enterprise transformation initiatives in both the UK and US. His background spans financial services, internal audit, hospitality and enterprise technology, with a focus on translating emerging technologies into practical business outcomes.

Ashish leads technology strategy and applied AI engagements at Continuum, working with enterprises to design and deploy agentic systems across complex, high-volume business processes. As CPTO, he provides senior product and technology leadership, helping teams move from AI pilots to reliable production systems.

He brings more than two decades of experience across AI, lending, insurance, e-commerce, digital health, logistics and enterprise technology. He has led product and technology at ProgCap, Max Bupa and Policybazaar, and most recently served as Chief Rippler at RedPeddle.ai, working on agentic billing, document processing, onboarding, infrastructure design and AI calling.

His focus is KPI-driven transformation, scalable systems and practical business outcomes.

Sushil advises Continuum on AI architecture, security and enterprise-scale system design, ensuring deployments meet the reliability, data-governance and performance standards of regulated environments.

He is Co-Founder and CTO of SynergyLabs, where he leads engineering for production AI systems across banking, e-commerce and marine operations. Before SynergyLabs, he held engineering leadership roles at Goldman Sachs and Royal Bank of Scotland, building mission-critical systems in high-volume, highly regulated financial services environments.

He brings deep expertise in distributed systems, secure infrastructure and the engineering discipline required to move AI from prototype to production.
